NOTIFICATION
Limited Liability Company «TMY» located at the address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Didube District, Uznadze str., N111, aprt. 11, building 2, Identification Number: 402177381, (Extract from Registry of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial B21001605 от 14/01/2021), in accordance with the current legislation, we inform all users of the site about the following risks.
"BC To the Money" is an information and communication resource designed to provide an indefinite circle of people with access to information posted by third parties. The "BC To the Money" platform and its owner, Limited Liability Company "TMY", do not provide services, sell goods or perform work other than those specified in the User Agreement, do not act as participants in transactions concluded when using the platform, and do not acquire rights and obligations arising from them.
The "BC To the Money" platform provides platform users with the ability to use services hosted within the platform. The use of the services is carried out by the platform users exclusively independently and by mutual consent of the parties, without the assistance of the platform and its administrator, so the platform administrator is not responsible for the actions of third parties in using the platform services.
Participants of the “BC To the Money” platform can be venture enterprises, which are based on combining the skills, abilities, knowledge and property of individuals in order to create a single functioning enterprise, so these participants are inherent in the risks that usually accompany venture projects. Investing in the capital of such enterprises does not involve a regular return on investment, unlike mini-bonds, which offer regularly paid interest.
The participants of the platform can be investment companies. It is necessary to diversify when investing. Diversification involves distributing your investments among different types of investments with different risks to reduce the overall risk. However, this will not reduce all types of risk. Diversification is an integral part of investing. Investors should invest only a fraction of their available investment funds and balance it with investments in safer, more liquid assets.
Please take into account the following specific risks when interacting with investment companies:
- Loss of investment. Most businesses initially fail or do not expand as planned due to the influx of a missing amount of investment or not at all, so investing in this business can be associated with significant risk. It is likely that you may lose all or part of your investment. You should invest only the amount you are willing to lose, and build a diversified portfolio to spread the risks and increase the likelihood of total return on investment capital. If the business you are investing in fails, the company will not give you back your investment.
- Rare payment of dividends. Dividends are payments made by a business from the company's profits to its founders. This means that you are unlikely to feel the return on your investment until you can sell your shares. Profits are typically reinvested in the business to drive growth and increase the value of the shares. Thus, the main source of profitability of the company's participants is the total capitalization of the company, which, in turn, leads to an increase in the value of shares in the company.
